1 Week before the Move

Start settling all your outstanding bills. Return your library books and DVDs.

Disconnect al your appliances and clean it. Drain water from your washing machine. Defrost your refrigerator.

Pick up your dry cleaning and laundry.

Mark the packed boxes with different tags, according to the rooms into which it should be unloaded.

Get all the keys of the house and keep it in a safe place. You will have to hand it over to the owner at the time of leaving.
